1. Order Cancellation
Orders placed with us is non-refundable as each individual timepieces assorted parts are acquired from multiple vendors to achieve the final result.
2. Other Reasons
Cancellation due to change of mind are not eligible for refund but a change of desired model from our website is accepted.
3. Defective Product
Photos and video will be sent to ensure all functions are working as intended prior shipment. We aim to achieve defects free, however due to nature of the product are fully customized acquired from multiple vendors, minor imperfections varies depending on case basis.
